I was reading Daily Fuel Economy Tip post (and excellent comments) on $4 gas and I was flooded with a few thoughts of my own.
1. Wasn’t it just a couple years ago we were below $2/gal and now they are talking about almost double of that? I don’t know if I can comprehend that big of a change in a small amount of time.
2. I will have to start building up my confidence and ride my scooter on the rainy and even colder days.
3. How do the people in the U.K handle it? Oh, right, smaller cars and better gas mileage
4. Maybe the ‘future thinkers’ are going a little overboard and the gas prices will just settle down under $3 for a long while, no?
5. I will not be afraid of the price of gas. Period. I will do what I can to save money with every choice I am given. We humans are a flexible bunch and we will adapt accordingly to save our skin.
